TRAILER SURFACING & HORSE FLOORING
Tri-State Surfacing’s equine flooring can help make your horses safer, more comfortable, and better performing, all while enhancing the appearance and functionality of your facility and saving you time and money!
WHY TRI-STATE USES POLYLAST FLOORING?
Tri-State Surfacing equine flooring reduces the impact shock on horses hooves, meaning even horses with hoof and leg soreness are more stable and comfortable. Since horses don’t strain to maintain their footing they can be more relaxed, and since Tri-State Surfacing floors are a noise suppressant, a quieter ride can reduce stress in a horse trailer.
Also, Tri-State Surfacing’s flooring is infused with Microban® Antimicrobial Technology to help prevent the growth of damaging bacteria, as well as inhibit stains and odors caused by bacteria. Perfect for horse trailer floors, wash rack floors, Veterinary clinic floors, stall lining, and many other horse applications.
Tri-State’s Horse Flooring (Polylast™) absorbs 40% to 50% of the impact shock on horses hooves helping to prevent lameness and injury. Even horses with hoof or leg soreness are more comfortable.
Kathy explains how using Polylast C&S Flooring in her trailers helps make her life easier and keeps her horses safer so they are ready to perform.

Wash Rack Flooring
Aisle Way Flooring
Horse Trailer Flooring
One of the most popular variations of Tri-State Surfacing (Polylast™) Horse Flooring is a completely porous surface called C&S Flooring. This variation allows fluids to flow through and follow the contour of the surface below. In a horse trailer, C&S Flooring completely eliminates the need for bedding, saving you time and money on bedding, labor, installation, and removal. This also means your horses will be more comfortable and breathe cleaner air.
SUPER DUTY FLOORING
Veterinary Clinic Flooring
Any other location your horses frequent
Tri-State Surfacing offers a non-porous horse flooring called Super Duty, that is great for Veterinary Clinic’s, and Stall Lining. The base of the Super Duty flooring is exactly the same as the porous C&S variation. When installed in a Veterinary Clinic, or a stall liner, a proprietary top coat is applied that seals the spaces between the porous crumb, making it completely liquid proof.
